Independent Sales Representative
We are looking for Independent Sales Representatives to enhance our team. This person must be a motivated self-starter who can work independently and is willing and able to perform the many different tasks required to generate demand for a new product. Ideal candidates are fitness trainers/coaches or people familiar with the fitness or rehabilitation industries.
Job Responsibilities
• Penetrate a specific territory, generating demand (awareness & sales) through best practices such as…
o Participating in events, having bikes in use in high-traffic areas, coordinating and hosting local test rides, building relationships within the local fitness and rehab communities, and generating local media coverage
• Represent/help build the ElliptiGO Brand in the region
• Lead ElliptiGO Club(s) within your specified territory
• Support market research/data collection efforts and sharing of best practices
• Effectively triage customer service/support needs where applicable
• Other responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree from a four year college or university
• Minimum 3 years sales experience
• Background reflects strong work ethic, organizational skills, & results
• Creative and business savvy
• Motivated, self-managed, and reliable
• Computer skills: MS Office Apps, familiarity with CRM/databases
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated existing relationships in the fitness and rehab communities
• Avid runner, cyclist, and/or fitness enthusiast is an important plus
• Knowledge of bicycle mechanics is a plus
• Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain credible auto insurance
• Ability and willingness to work weekends

• Compensation: 100% commission-based. You will be an independent contractor, not an ElliptiGO employee. Commissions start at $200 per bike sale you generate in your territory and can increase to more than $400 per bike sale upon reaching specific monthly and annual sales volume targets.
• As the company grows additional opportunities in sales and marketing will become available.
