Winners Repeat in World Championships of Elliptical Cycling

In the 7th Annual World Championships of Elliptical Cycling, both the returning female and male champions defended their titles. Rusty Snow continued his stranglehold on the event, cruising to his fifth straight victory. Sarah Brown sliced more than 4 minutes off the women’s record that she set last year. She is now the fastest woman ever in the event by more than 12 minutes.

Late Entry Could Shake-Up ElliptiGO World Championship Podium

Olympic Marathon trials qualifier Brandon Birdsong could shake up the World Championships of Elliptical Cycling as a late entry to the elite field. Birdsong has been riding an ElliptiGO bike for cross-training and to stay active after tearing his peroneal tendon. He said, "The ElliptiGO World Championships, being uphill, sounds like an opportunity to test myself and the training that I have been doing."
