"I just can't stop riding it, it's that invigorating"

| "I started training on the ElliptiGO so I could stay in shape while I am rehabilitating some running-related injuries. But the bottom line is that I want to get back out and run. I am really a runner, but I think that riding the ElliptiGO is going to ramp my running up to another level, because I am going to be able to increase the number of high-intensity workouts I can do in a week without increasing the impact on my body. Now I'm using the ElliptiGO six days a week for up to two hours at a time. When I've recovered from these injuries, I'm going to run four days a week and ElliptiGO the other three. It just makes so much sense." |
