If you make your purchase directly from ElliptiGO, you can return an item for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less return shipping charges, if any (expedited outbound shipping charges will not be refunded). Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item. For apparel, gloves, and helmets: the item must be in restock-able condition, meaning that all tags and/or stickers are still on the product. The item may be tried on for fit, but not used. Any returned item that is damaged or is missing parts for reasons other than our error may receive a partial refund, which we will inform you about upon receipt of the return. If you are thinking of returning a product to ElliptiGO for any reason, please keep the box and all original packing materials for the return shipment. Details on Bike Condition: Our $100 off used bikes are in great condition. These usually have been returned by a customer as part of our 30-day money back guarantee. They will show a little wear and will have minor paint or other blemishes.

Warranty
All of the used bikes we ship out will be in good working order. They should not have any mechanical issues when you receive them. As a result, we will honor our standard warranty of 5-years for the frame and 2-years for the drive arms, crank arms, front fork, and steering column. All of the other components will have a 30-day warranty. That includes the gearing system, shifter, handlebar, stem, grips, etc. We don’t manufacture those parts so we can’t extend their warranties. Therefore, if you discover a mechanical issue with a component within the first 30-days after you receive it, we will repair or replace that component at our cost. That should allow you enough time to ensure that the bike you received was in good working order when you received it.

It includes a front stand that holds the bike upright by attaching to the steering column and supporting the front wheel, and a resistance unit that attaches to the rear wheel of the bike and allows the bike to pivot side to side.

    This unique design is superior to conventional indoor trainers because it allows for a more stable stand-up riding experience and it eliminates the high stresses that conventional trainers which hold the bike by the rear axle put on the bike frame by holding it at the rear axle.
