Welcome to the ElliptiGO Project RunClub, where ElliptiGO owners come to find the training and support necessary to stay healthy & motivated. We believe these to be the cornerstones of successful run-training, so whether you are an injured runner ready for your comeback, first-timer looking for guidance or seasoned vet wanting to take it to the next level, we can help you succeed.

Over the past 5 years, hundreds of elite runners around the world have utilized this innovative and integrated approach to training to reach new levels of performance and success. Now, through the ElliptiGO Project RunClub, we are opening up the secrets behind that training to help you reach your goals.

Whether you are trying to run your first 5k, fastest half marathon or that elusive Boston Qualifier, we can provide you with a proven approach that maximizes your chance for success. Between our professional athlete case studies, research of educational institutions and partnerships with top coaches, we’ve created structured training programs to get you to the starting line healthy and prepared.

Greg McMillan

Greg McMillan (Marathon Performance Specialist) – Called one of the “best distance running coaches in the country” by Runner’s World, Greg McMillan’s plans are great for competitive runners looking to take their racing to the next level. Integrating the ElliptiGO into his traditional running programs, Greg provides a balanced approach to training hard.

Greg’s plans will help you reach the starting line fit, healthy and feeling ready to conquer your goals. Darren BrownDarren Brown (Performance, Speed and injury prevention/recovery specialist) – As a successful coach at all levels and former professional middle-distance runner himself, Darren’s training plans are ideal for runners of any ability from novice to elite. Combining his experiences as a Sub-4 minute miler and coach of both first time athletes, as well as World Championship qualifiers, Darren has created highly integrated plans for runners who are looking for personal improvement at any pace.

Darren also specializes in injury prevention/recovery training for athletes who have chronic injuries, have had a recent injury or who are simply looking for a little extra time on their ElliptiGO. Darren’s plans will have the largest amount of ElliptiGO Integration, typically keeping running to 3-4 days per week depending on what level you follow. *Darren’s plans have ranges and workout options built in. Intermediate runners are encouraged to utilize the lower end of the mileage option and to take days off as prescribed, or as their bodies necessitate. Jenny HadfieldJenny Hadfield (Novice distance-running specialist) – Coach Jenny Hadfield is the co-author of the best-selling books, Marathoning for Mortals and Running for Mortals , and a veteran running coach who has trained thousands of runners of all levels. She is a featured speaker at many distance-running events, a columnist for Women’s Running Magazine and writes the “Ask Coach Jenny” blog for Runner’s World.
