If you make your purchase directly from ElliptiGO, you can return an item for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less return shipping charges, if any (expedited outbound shipping charges will not be refunded). Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item. For apparel, gloves, and helmets: the item must be in restockable condition, meaning that all tags and/or stickers are still on the product. The item may be tried on for fit, but not used. Any returned item that is damaged or is missing parts for reasons other than our error may receive a partial refund, which we will inform you about upon receipt of the return. Director of Operations

We are looking for a full-time Director of Operations to join our team. This person must be a motivated self-starter who can work both independently and on a team. They must be willing and able to perform the many different tasks required in a fast-moving small company environment. This person will report to the COO, and will work closely with the Operations, Sales, and  Marketing teams. A growth mentality and being comfortable proposing solutions when problems arise is a must. This person must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational and prioritization skills. Because our company is growing rapidly, this person must have a “do whatever it takes” attitude to help the team as a whole achieve our goals.  

 

Job Functions 

  • Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to create and adjust product forecasts 
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager and Warehouse Supervisor to ensure product availability
  • Manage outbound logistics and partnerships with logistics providers 
  • Manage the SlackBoard assembly process 
  • Maintain the order file within our NetSuite ERP system to ensure timely shipping of orders 
  • Troubleshoot order syncing errors between Shopify and NetSuite via the Celigo system 
  • Provide various sales, marketing, and operations reports 
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable 
  • Assist the warehouse with shipping and assembling products during busy periods  
  • Assist VP of Operations on large operations and logistics projects 

Job Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university 
  • 7-10 years experience working in a sales operations or operations role 
  • Experience with a SAAS ERP system 
  • Experience with NetSuite, Shopify, Celigo, and Amazon Seller Central is a plus 
  • Strong attention to detail, self-managed, and problem-solver 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills 
  • Computer skills: MS Office Apps, data analysis, data entry, strong MS Excel skills 
  • Ability to work in person at our warehouse 5 days a week 
  • Avid runner, cyclist, and/or fitness enthusiast is a plus
