If you make your purchase directly from ElliptiGO, you can return an item for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less return shipping charges, if any (expedited outbound shipping charges will not be refunded). Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item. For apparel, gloves, and helmets: the item must be in restock-able condition, meaning that all tags and/or stickers are still on the product. The item may be tried on for fit, but not used. Any returned item that is damaged or is missing parts for reasons other than our error may receive a partial refund, which we will inform you about upon receipt of the return. If you are thinking of returning a product to ElliptiGO for any reason, please keep the box and all original packing materials for the return shipment. If you purchased from an authorized dealer, that dealer’s return policy will apply instead.

Options for Modifying Your SUB Drivetrain

The SUB, is the world’s very first stand up bike. The gearing on the stock SUB has 8 speeds and is great for most riders. It is possible, however, to add more gear range to the SUB at both the bottom end and the top end. Please note, per our warranty policy, making any modifications to the ElliptiGO bike components will void your warranty.

While we do not currently sell upgrade kits, your local bike shop should have no problem ordering the parts needed for you. If you do choose to make these modifications, we HIGHLY recommend that you work with your local bike shop to perform the actual upgrade. This will ensure that you continue to enjoy your SUB safely and easily.
