Customers who reside in the continental United States and are unable to find a convenient test ride location are given a 30-day period to assess whether an ElliptiGO bike is right for them. If the customer notifies ElliptiGO within the 30-day period that the customer does not want to keep the bike, they can have it shipped back to ElliptiGO free of charge. As long as the bike is in good condition and not obviously abused, ElliptiGO will refund everything the customer paid ElliptiGO for the bike, including shipping and taxes, meaning they will get all of their money back from the transaction.

We guarantee that you will love your ElliptiGO products and accessories. If you make your purchase directly from ElliptiGO, you can return an item for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less return shipping charges, if any (expedited outbound shipping charges will not be refunded). Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item. For apparel, gloves, and helmets: the item must be in restock-able condition, meaning that all tags and/or stickers are still on the product. The item may be tried on for fit, but not used. Any returned item that is damaged or is missing parts for reasons other than our error may receive a partial refund, which we will inform you about upon receipt of the return.
