Customers who reside in the continental United States and are unable to find a convenient test ride location are given a 30-day period to assess whether an ElliptiGO bike is right for them. If the customer notifies ElliptiGO within the 30-day period that the customer does not want to keep the bike, they can have it shipped back to ElliptiGO free of charge. As long as the bike is in good condition and not obviously abused, ElliptiGO will refund everything the customer paid ElliptiGO for the bike, including shipping and taxes, meaning they will get all of their money back from the transaction.
