If you make your purchase directly from ElliptiGO, you can return an item for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less return shipping charges, if any (expedited outbound shipping charges will not be refunded). Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item. For apparel, gloves, and helmets: the item must be in restock-able condition, meaning that all tags and/or stickers are still on the product. The item may be tried on for fit, but not used. Any returned item that is damaged or is missing parts for reasons other than our error may receive a partial refund, which we will inform you about upon receipt of the return. I bet you are wondering, but do you get a workout? Absolutely, but it’s on your terms. With five levels of pedal assist and a throttle, you can customize the workout experience to fit your individual needs regardless of terrain. You can reach speeds of up to 20 miles per hour using the assist and the range on a single charge is anywhere from 20-50 miles depending on the terrain, the ride conditions and how much power you apply.

The conversion kit comes complete with a 500-watt motor already assembled into a wheel, a 48-Volt, 14 Amp battery, a pedal assist sensor, a controller, dual power cutoff brake levers, a throttle, a display and a battery charger, plus all of the custom cabling required to hook the system together.
