Return Form and Repacking Information

Please use this form when repacking and shipping an ElliptiGO elliptical cycle back to ElliptiGO, Inc.  This process must have been authorized prior to shipping and the attached form is required to be signed and returned to service@elliptigo.com in order to receive the RA number.  Please note, retailers are responsible for following the instructions and repacking the ElliptiGO using the attached video guidelines.
