If you make your purchase directly from ElliptiGO, you can return an item for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less return shipping charges, if any (expedited outbound shipping charges will not be refunded). Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item. For apparel, gloves, and helmets: the item must be in restock-able condition, meaning that all tags and/or stickers are still on the product. The item may be tried on for fit, but not used. Any returned item that is damaged or is missing parts for reasons other than our error may receive a partial refund, which we will inform you about upon receipt of the return. If you are thinking of returning a product to ElliptiGO for any reason, please keep the box and all original packing materials for the return shipment. Test Ride Waiver

EXPRESS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY,
ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

Please read carefully before agreeing.

  • Name of the Person Providing the Test Ride
  • (1) I am volunteering to ride, stand on, or otherwise contact the ElliptiGO bike;

    (2) I am under no obligation to contact the ElliptiGO bike, and can freely choose to stop riding, standing on, or contacting it at any time without penalty or adverse consequences;

    (3) I understand that I should wear a helmet, closed toed shoes, and appropriate clothing when riding the ElliptiGO bike;

    (4) I know that even if I wear the appropriate safety equipment, I could be SERIOUSLY INJURED, MAIMED, OR KILLED WHILE STANDING ON OR RIDING THE ELLIPTIGO BIKE;

    (5) by signing this waiver I am voluntarily waiving my right to sue or seek recovery from anyone or any entity associated with the ElliptiGO bike for any injuries I might sustain in connection with my riding, standing on, or contacting the ElliptiGO bike and I am agreeing to indemnify anyone connected to the ElliptiGO bike for injuries I cause someone else through my negligence or recklessness.

    In consideration for being permitted to ride, use, or stand on the ElliptiGO bike, I agree that:

    1. I HEREBY RELEASE AND DISCHARGE ElliptiGO Inc., PT Motion Works, Inc., the employees of ElliptiGO Inc. and any person acting by, through, under or in concert with them to enable me to ride the ElliptiGO bike, and every other person who contributed to the creation of the ElliptiGO bike, financially, physically, or otherwise (the “ElliptiGO Bike Supporters”) from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages caused or alleged to have been caused in whole or in part by any of their acts or omissions, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, in connection with the design, manufacture, assembly, and creation of the ElliptiGO bike, as well as the condition of the ElliptiGO bike, the test ride environment, and instructions on how to operate the ElliptiGO bike. This release and discharge includes, but is not limited to, injuries I sustain from my contact with the ElliptiGO bike, including death, and injuries to other people caused by my negligence or recklessness;
  • 2. If I, anyone on my behalf or anyone I injure makes a claim against any of the ElliptiGO bike Supporters, I WILL INDEMNIFY, SAVE, AND HOLD HARMLESS, EACH OF THE ELLIPTIGO BIKE SUPPORTERS FROM ANY LITIGATION EXPENSES, ATTORNEYS’ FEES, LOSS LIABILITY, DAMAGES OR COSTS EACH OF THE ELLIPTIGO BIKE CREATORS MAY INCUR AS THE RESULT OF ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF MY CONTACT WITH THE ELLIPTIGO BIKE.
  • 3. IF ANY PORTION OF THIS DOCUMENT IS HELD INVALID, THAT THE REMAINDER SHALL CONTINUE IN FULL LEGAL FORCE AND EFFECT.
  • 4. I EXPRESSLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME THE RISK OF ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF MY CONTACT WITH THE ELLIPTIGO BIKE.
