We guarantee that you will love your ElliptiGO products and accessories. If you make your purchase directly from ElliptiGO, you can return an item for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less return shipping charges, if any (expedited outbound shipping charges will not be refunded). Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item. For apparel, gloves, and helmets: the item must be in restockable condition, meaning that all tags and/or stickers are still on the product. The item may be tried on for fit, but not used. Any returned item that is damaged or is missing parts for reasons other than our error may receive a partial refund, which we will inform you about upon receipt of the return. If you are thinking of returning a product to ElliptiGO for any reason, please keep the box and all original packing materials for the return shipment. Just contact us at [email protected] to arrange the return, and we will send you more details.

If you purchased from an authorized dealer, that dealer’s return policy will apply instead.

*Return policy only applies to customers in the continental United States. Customers in Alaska and Hawaii may return within the 30 day return window, but must arrange for shipping and pay all associated return shipping fees. Please note that the return shipping fees can be more expensive than the original shipping fee.

Did you know we offer service and maintenance at our ElliptiGO headquarters in Solana Beach? As we are not a normal retailer, we use an appointment system to schedule a drop off day and time.  

Due to volume of service, please plan on leaving your bike for up to three business days. Once your bike is ready, we will contact you via phone, text or email to schedule a pickup.

*Note: for those traveling further away, we can do same day service, however, this must be scheduled in advanced. If same day is scheduled, please plan on leaving the bike with us for up to four hours.

**If you are bringing an electric ElliptiGO bike, you must bring your battery key. We can’t work on e-bikes without removing the battery.
