Kitty Vernooij, an ElliptiGO rider from the Netherlands, has set a new women’s 24-hour distance record on an ElliptiGO bike of 229.9-miles (370km). Vernooij, who is Dutch, traveled to the UK to ride in a 400km Audax Cycling Challenge with an experienced group of long-distance ElliptiGO riders from the ElliptiGO Ultra-Endurance Team initiative. She covered the 229.9 miles in the first 24 hours of riding and continued on, eventually covering the full 404km distance in 26 hours and 8 minutes.
