An End of Year Message from Our CEO

There’s no way around it – this year was tough. It was tough mentally, emotionally and physically. Our team went through many of the same struggles that millions of others experienced around the world. While riding the rollercoaster of constant change this year, we have done our best to adapt to the new world we live in. Like many of you, our employees have had to overcome the challenges of adjusting to working from home alongside children and partners for the first time; figuring out how to work productively and efficiently with teammates whom they don’t see at all in person and only infrequently virtually; onboarding new employees who have never worked a day in the office and need to be trained and supervised; and overcoming delays, shortages, and constant production and inventory challenges around the world; all while dealing with the ever-present fear that they or someone they love will contract the virus. At times it was overwhelming. However, through a tremendous amount of dedication, hard work, and mutual support our team can look back and be proud of what we accomplished as a group and how well we adapted to a set of challenges none of us expected a year ago.

One of the biggest things each of us here at ElliptiGO drew upon to help get us through the rough times this year was the sense of purpose and importance we each derive from doing the work we do. Every one of us believes that what we are doing here is important. The reason we believe that is because of the consistent feedback we get from you, our customers, telling us that what we do is important to you. We can’t emphasize enough how much we value your feedback and how motivating it is for us to be a part of your journey. Thank you for being the fuel that keeps our fires burning.

We are looking towards 2021 with optimism. We believe there is a light at the end of this tunnel. We are committed to continuing to do our best every day to take care of our customers, our teammates and ourselves. We will continue to succeed together and we appreciate you being part of our ElliptiGO family.

Have a wonderful holiday season and happy riding!
