One Day at a Time – A Message from Our CEO

Like everyone, we are doing our best to get through the current situation. Being fit feels more important than ever right now. Everyone at ElliptiGO feels very fortunate to be helping people around the world stay active, have fun and be healthy.

The last four months have felt like a whirlwind. Lockdowns, face masks, inventory shortages and superstars spotted on our bikes. If you haven’t seen it, check out last week’s People Magazine for a great shot of JLo on an 11R. Through it all, I have been thrilled with how the team has adapted to working from home. We have been able to maintain most of our operations effectively and are working hard on things that still need improvement.

At the same time, we have created a fun virtual ride for our customers this month, the ElliptiGO Bike for Humanity II event with Bill Walton, Meb Keflezighi and Dean Karnazes. This virtual ride is taking place globally on Saturday, July 25th. Registration is free, everyone can join in the fun! Our goal is to have the largest ElliptiGO event in history. That means getting  1,000+ ElliptiGO riders. To celebrate, we have created a special medal – the first of its kind. Join us by registering here. Select “Team ElliptiGO” on the information page to be counted as an ElliptiGO rider.

For those looking to purchase an ElliptiGO bike or waiting for delivery, we know it has been frustrating to not get your bike immediately. We are working hard to get bikes here as quickly as possible. I can assure you that the team is truly doing their best. If you are in the market for an MSUB, good news, all colors are available to ship immediately. 3C and 8C models will ship in about 4 weeks. Arc, RSUB, SUB and 11R models will ship in September.

In closing, while these are uncertain times, I want to assure you that we are here to make sure that you and your bike are taken care of.  Fortunately, none of our employees have contracted the illness. However, most of us are only one or two removed from someone who has. As a management team, we are very conscious that it is likely only a matter of time before someone at ElliptiGO gets hit. We have already created contingency plans to keep things operating smoothly just in case. We are committed to getting through this together and keeping ElliptiGO alive and well.

We see brighter days ahead and appreciate your support and enthusiasm. Support from our customers, investors, dealers and enthusiasts are the reason that we’ve been so successful. Our sincerest wishes that you and your loved ones are safe and healthy.

Happy Riding!
Bryan
