If you make your purchase directly from ElliptiGO, you can return an item for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less return shipping charges, if any (expedited outbound shipping charges will not be refunded). Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item. For apparel, gloves, and helmets: the item must be in restock-able condition, meaning that all tags and/or stickers are still on the product. The item may be tried on for fit, but not used. Any returned item that is damaged or is missing parts for reasons other than our error may receive a partial refund, which we will inform you about upon receipt of the return. Details on Used Bike Condition: Our 20% off used bikes are in really good condition. They will show wear and tear on parts such as tires, brake pads, load wheels and tracks, and will have noticeable scratches or visual blemishes. 

Warranty
All of the used bikes we ship out will be in good working order. They should not have any mechanical issues when you receive them. As a result, we will honor our standard warranty of 5-years for the frame and 2-years for the drive arms, crank arms, front fork, and steering column. All of the other components will have a 30-day warranty. That includes the gearing system, shifter, handlebar, stem, grips, etc. We don’t manufacture those parts so we can’t extend their warranties. Therefore, if you discover a mechanical issue with a component within the first 30-days after you receive it, we will repair or replace that component at our cost. That should allow you enough time to ensure that the bike you received was in good working order when you received it.

It includes a front stand that holds the bike upright by attaching to the steering column and supporting the front wheel, and a resistance unit that attaches to the rear wheel of the bike and allows the bike to pivot side to side.
